In the world of digital, you are what you post. However, producing quality and engaging content for multiple media platforms need not be difficult (or expensive). Our creative dept counts among its number copywriters, art directors, digi designers, devs, a motion graphic animator, and a fulltime director of photography. Having these skills in-house means we can concept and create high quality content, quickly and economically.
We create campaigns that sit across social, native, and video platforms. We leverage your owned assets - email, social and your website to talk to your loyalists and influencers. Each piece of the campaign will be designed to engage and move people along the path to purchase. Getting them one step closer to your objectives.
Welcome to the engine room of Young + Shand. Dev is the place where all the insightful strategy and brilliant thinking turns into something real. We’re not shy in saying we have one of the best dev teams in the country. Between them, there’s not much they can’t build and make beautifully.
It’s not just about the code. Before we start we need to define what we’re doing, who we’re designing for and what they want to achieve. Then we create a mobile first experience (that’s the screen we spend the most time on. And develop something typically using a lightweight CMS that allows our customers to look after first level content updates.
We’re big on keeping things simple. So how does an integrated creative and digital media model sound? Creative and digital media together, under one roof. We believe in a strong, performance based approach. In short, it has to work. When we manage media, we overlay analytics and track real time performance, so you can optimise your marketing as it happens. As far as we know, we’re the only agency in NZ who offers this model.
With most media shops, your campaign going live is typically the end. Not here. Going live means we’re only half way home. We actively optimise all our work. We intensively monitor the first 72 hours to figure out what channels and creative executions are punching above their weight. Then we redeploy media spend behind them, so you get the most bang for your buck. (Media insights delivered post-campaign aren’t really insights.)
We like to develop long term relationships with our clients based on respect and results. Each month we create content, drive performance media, help manage social communities, optimise search engine performance and drive email campaigns. We create active engaged customer relationships.
After we complete an initial strategy we'll create a specific service level agreement that covers the always-on work that needs to be done. This is called our Sprint Programme. We flat rate a price to get this work done.
On top of this we will work on a project-by-project basis to create campaigns, websites or apps. If you have a budget of $20k or more to get something done let’s talk. A project’s always a good way to start working together.
Do I have to use your creative? “But Y+S, I really like my agency. They buy me nice lunches.”
No problem. We love to collaborate (and nice lunches) so if you like who you’re with now, keep them. We will happily work with your preferred creative supplier, as we do already for many of our current clients.
